Last race weekend of the season in Barcelona

The Circuit de Catalunya will host the seventh round of the Spanish F4 championship with Van’t Hoff and MP Motorsport as champions.

This weekend, 13 and 14 November, the Spanish Formula 4 will contest its last three races of the 2021 season. After six events, Dilano Van’t Hoff achieved the first hat-trick of the season in Jerez and secured his championship. However, the second and third positions are still undecided.

Three drivers are fighting for the last two places on the podium; Sebastian Ogaard, Pepe Martí and Quique Bordas. The Danish Campos Racing driver is 33 points ahead of his closest challenger, teammate Pepe Martí. He also has a 44-point advantage over fourth-placed Quique Bordas.

In the event of a tie on points, Ogaard is also in an advantageous situation. The Dane has three wins this season, one more than each of his rivals. Therefore, should he finish the season with the same number of points, Ogaard would take second place.

As far as the team championship is concerned, MP Motorsport also managed to secure its title in Jerez. After leading the standings throughout the season, the Dutch team won its fifth crown, the second in a row.

As at the Jerez event, the races will be held on Saturday and Sunday.

Saturday, 13 November
15:45 Race 1

Sunday, 14th November
13:15 Race 2
15:40 Race 3
