The F4 Spanish Championship returns to action after a series of events outside Spain, with race action back on home soil at Motorland Aragón, as part of the 2024 NAPA Racing Weekend debut.
The event in Alcañiz, the fourth of the year, marks the midpoint of a season dominated by Keanu Al Azhari with 135 points, two wins and 7 podiums in 9 races.
MP Motorsport sophomore driver is leveraging his knowledge of the car and the category against 5 talented rookies, including Mattia Colnaghi (leader among the newcomers), Ernesto Rivera, Maciej Gladysz, Thomas Strauven, and Lucas Fluxá, all of them with at least one victory this year being real contenders for the title with 12 races still ahead in 2024
Meanwhile, the battle to be the best team of the season is a tight one, with just 54 points separating the leader KCL by MP Motorsport, MP Motorsport, Griffin Core by Campos Racing, and Campos Racing, with Rodin Motorsport close behind
The visit to Motorland Aragón, a fixture on the calendar since the championship's inception, will be the ninth in the series' history. Despite the July heat, a large turnout is expected for the debut of the NAPA Racing Weekend, where the F4 Spanish Championship will be joined by Eurocup-3, Porsche Sprint Challenge Iberica and Toyota GR Cup Spain.
